Alerta de Google: fbi: FBI declassifies its brief investigation into the existence of Bigfoot

FBI from Michael_Novakhov (28 sites)
While Mulder and Scully never tackled Bigfoot during their tenure on The X-Files, it turns out the real FBI had beat them to it years earlier.  We now know this thanks to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which allows for long-buried files on all sorts of criminal investigations to be declassified and made available to the public.

Michael Novakhov – SharedNewsLinks℠: Report: Kushner’s Peace Plan Being Treated Like A Thermonuclear Disaster

Michael_Novakhov
shared this story
.

Two and a half years ago, Donald Trump boldly proclaimed that his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, would be the guy to finally bring peace to the Middle East. “All my life I’ve been hearing that’s the toughest deal to make, but I have a feeling Jared is going to do a great job,” the president-elect told supporters at a black-tie dinner the night before his inauguration. Now, with just weeks to go until Kushner is set to release the economic component of his proposal, expectations have changed slightly from Best get a head start on the Nobel acceptance speech, Jar! to even the president’s allies thinking Kushner’s plan stinks, and a number of the administration’s longtime defenders begging the first son-in-law to scrap the whole thing.

Politico reports that leading conservatives and pro-Israel figures close to the White House are “increasingly sharing their fears, which range from the possibility that the peace proposal could trigger violence to worries that its offerings could forever kill efforts to craft a two-state solution,” which isn’t exactly a rousing endorsement. “Releasing the plan now would make the U.S. seem unserious,” James Carafano, a senior foreign-affairs scholar at the Heritage Foundation who typically backs the administration, told the outlet. “It’s better to wait, perhaps even until after the U.S. elections.”

Robert Satloff, the executive director of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, has warned in a series of op-eds that the plan risks rejection by Palestinians, followed by the possible annexation of parts of the West Bank by Israel, which would undoubtedly isolate the nation globally and make it that much harder for it to counter Iran. “Issuing the Middle East peace plan in the current environment is a lose-lose-lose proposition,” Satloff wrote in April in an editorial entitled “Trump Must Not Let Jared Kushner’s Peace Plan See the Light of Day,” because at this point there’s no use trying to be subtle. “Rob is right—they definitely shouldn’t release it now,” a Middle East analyst at a conservative think tank, told Politico. “A diplomatic initiative this ham-handed, in a context where the U.S. administration has gone out of its way to alienate and pressure one side while aligning its own political fortunes with the other, and in which regional governments whose support for peace is crucial are asking real questions about American credibility—well, that’s destined for failure,” said Brookings Institution analyst Tamara Cofman Wittes. And the view from the inside isn’t much better!

In a closed-door meeting with Jewish leaders, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said “one might argue”—one presumably being him—that the plan is “unexecutable” and may not “gain traction,” according to an audio recording obtained by the Washington Post. “It may be rejected,” Pompeo told the group. “Could be in the end, folks will say, ‘It’s not particularly original, it doesn’t particularly work for me,’ that is, ‘It’s got two good things and nine bad things, I’m out.’” Unlike most of the world, including relevant stakeholders like King Abdullah II of Jordan—which borders the West Bank and has a majority-Palestinian population—Pompeo has presumably actually seen the plan, which is allegedly comprised of a series of Byzantine land-swaps and little else. The administration has repeatedly delayed the proposal’s release, most recently to wait until Israel’s April 9 election, a strategy that didn’t quite go as it had hoped. Even the president has conceded that the whole thing might not work, telling reporters over the weekend that Pompeo “may be right” about it being “unexecutable,” adding, “If we can get a Mideast peace plan that would be good…when Mike says that, I understand when he says that, because most people think it can’t be done. I think it probably can. But as I say often, we’ll see what happens.”

For its part, the administration appears intent on rolling the thing out, critics be damned. “It’s hard for me to imagine this administration, with all of the anticipation leading up to this, not releasing the plan,” Jonathan Schanzer, a senior vice president for research at the hawkish Foundation for Defense of Democracies, told Politico. “It’s too hard for them to walk back.” Others say dumping the plan would be better than releasing a doomed one. “Failure, particularly repeated failure, costs and can make matters much worse,” said Aaron David Miller, who has worked on Israeli-Palestinian issues for Democratic and Republican administrations. “Kushner should take a deep breath, lie down, and wait quietly until the rush to put the ultimate deal on table passes. Go back to drawing board and make sure what you’re proposing is equitable, durable and in the end advances, not crushes, U.S. credibility.”

Speaking of credibility, in a interview for the new season of Axios on HBO, Kushner said that the Palestinian people don’t mind that the administration has cut all Palestinian aid, including to hospitals in East Jerusalem and that he’s “not here to be trusted” by Palestinian leaders.

Facebook shareholders want to fire Mark Zuckerberg

According to votes from the company’s annual meeting released late Monday, 68 percent of shareholders want to give Zuckerberg the boot as chairman, up from 51 percent last year. That’s unlikely to happen, given Facebook’s dual-class share structure, in which peon Class A shareholders get one vote per share, while Class B holders like, for instance, Zuckerberg, get 10 votes per share. Furthermore, at present Zuckerberg owns more than 75 percent of Class B stock, giving him roughly 60 percent of the voting power at the company, and he doesn’t think he should lose the chairman title. In related news, 83.2 percent of Class A shareholders voted to back a proposal to get rid of the dual-class structure, a move that was swiftly crushed. “The company is depending entirely on one person, who is accountable to no one, to run the day-to-day and conduct oversight of the company’s ever-expanding operation, which demonstrates a lack of basic business sense and keeps the company in a constant state of turmoil,” New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer, who oversees a city pension fund that invests in Facebook, said Tuesday. “Facebook’s insular boardroom must be cracked open because the company has no accountability to its users, its investors, or our democracy.”

Elon Musk would prefer his employees not complain about working for him in public

So he’s making Tesla a better place to work. No, just messing. Instead, he’s apparently cutting off their access to Blind, a social network used by tech workers to anonymously air grievances related to the workplace, according to reports:

More than 2,100 Tesla employees have signed up to Blind. However, the automotive company appears to have moved to stop that figure from increasing. Blind was alerted to the issue on 4 May after Tesla employees began experiencing difficulty receiving verification emails. In order to verify employment, users must sign up using a valid workplace email address. Tesla appears to have blocked the delivery of these verification emails to Tesla addresses, meaning employees are unable to validate new accounts. Employees also claim that they have been blocked from accessing the Blind app through Tesla’s WiFi network.

“We found out about this issue through emails from our users, saying they were unable to receive verification emails from us, and posts on the public channel, where already verified Tesla employees raised the issue,” a Blind spokesperson told Verdict. “Then we looked into the verification rates and we could confirm that Tesla is preventing employees from accessing Blind.”

Tesla did not respond to Verdict‘s request for comment.

Poorest Americans will pay for the bulk of Trump’s trade wars

It’s truly a wonder these things aren’t more popular:

The biggest victims of President Donald Trump’s tariffs won’t necessarily be Mexicans or Chinese or young urbanites who will have to pay more for avocado toast. The people likely to pay the steepest price for Trump’s attempts to bend Mexico and China to his will are poor Americans, who already live close to the financial edge and could have to pay more for everyday purchases. For many low-income households, tariffs “are a tax on their consumption, and by raising the cost of their consumption, they will likely have to cut back,” said Jay Shambaugh, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution.

There are two major reasons why the poor face an outsized burden, Shambaugh said. First, poorer Americans tend to spend all of their income, while wealthier Americans have enough income left over to save and invest. That leaves the poor more exposed to higher prices from import taxes. Second, the wealthy are more likely to splurge on services such as farm-to-table restaurant meals or gym memberships that are not subject to tariffs at all. But poorer Americans spend a higher percentage of their income on basics such as clothing and groceries that are more likely to be imported and subject to tariffs.

On Tuesday, GOP officials claimed they might actually try to stop Trump from imposing his recently threatened tariffs on Mexico, in a move that would be a departure from letting him do whatever the f–k he wants for the last two years.

Joel Zamel‘s name does not even come up in the searchable Mueller Report, unless it is redacted due to “ongoing investigation“.
The extent and the depth of his companies’ Social Media Manipulations and other shenanigans, some of them overtly criminal, might exceed all the other attempts by far, given their global reach and experience. The activities of the Russian “Internet Research Agency” might be a child’s play by comparison, and could well be the misleading cover and/or the secondary, less efficient and less important tool.

“Israeli intervention in US elections ‘vastly overwhelms’ anything Russia has done, claims Noam Chomsky” – See this Google Search.

In fact, all these “social media companies” and groups specializing on Elections Interference, might be owned and operated, through persons like Zamel and others, by the same people and operators, namely the Russian Israeli Jewish Mafia; and it is absolutely does not matter who those intermediaries are or what shingles they hang on their doors.

And the Jewish-German New Abwehr is very likely behind all of these, in their efforts to conquer and to rule the World “legally”, without big wars, through elections; according to their old, original, and still valid plan.

No statistical or quantitative studies were performed or even proposed to address the questions about the effects of the interference by the various parties and their comparisons, while the speculations on this subject as rampant as they are fruitless, and just the speculations; or at best, the “educated (or not so educated) guesses.

Ask Nate Silver, a reputable pollster, to do these studies, it is better than nothing and better than ignorance. And after that jump to your conclusions.

Investigate and prosecute if indicated, Joel Zamel, his companies, and all other similar figures and entities. His implied, reported, or presumed connections with the Israeli Intelligence circles should not be in any way the impediment to these inquiries, unless these circles intend to be dragged into these inquiries themselves.
